The electrical coil workshop is mainly engaged in fabrication of generator pole coil, feeding and arraying of stator bar (coil), wrapping and curing of insulating material, electrical test of coil (bar), etc.
This Workshop is equipped with domestic leading large CNC coil taping robot, CNC stator bar molding equipment, rotor coil thermocompressor, complete test equipment, etc. It can provide the stator and rotor coils of an insulation grade of F and at voltage classes of 6.3KV, 10.5KV, 13.8KV, 15.75KV and 18KV.
